Bringing in 2022 with a bang Project89 is the latest artist to feature on Archie Hamilton’s Moss Co. imprint having previously released on Hamilton’s other imprint, Moscow Records.

Project89 is the alias of Amsterdam based DJ and producer Jeroen Broxterman. After his debut release on PIV in 2017, he has since followed up with releases on high profile labels such as Ben Rau’s META, Santé’s AVOTRE and Hamilton’s Moscow Records, with his music regularly supported by the likes of Chris Stussy, Prunk, The Checkup, DeMarzo, De La Swing and more. For his release on Moss Co, he provides an essential 3 track EP of delectable deep house

The first and title track of the EP is ‘Just In Time’, Smooth grooves with an incandescent lead melody line combined with a bouncing bass line and exquisite production and hypnotic groove.

Next up is ‘Clarity’. Lush smooth pads over the delicate beats and percussion evolve throughout the track, and give this a signature of pure unadulterated Deep House right from the off.

Last but not least is ‘Final Fantasy’. This up-tempo number has dance floor written all over it. Its driving bassline and bouncing house beat are core to the groove, with another excellently programmed lead melody line, well worked in vocal cuts and intricate production, this is a fantastic track to finish off an high class EP.
